Coon Creek Sod Farms, LLC was formed in 2015 and is family owned and operated by Rick and Nicole Pump. The original Coon Creek Sod Farms was owned by my parents – Rick and Marlene Pump who started the business at this location in 1988. We are fourth generation sod farmers with a history of farming in Northern Illinois since 1867 and sod farming since 1919.
